Here are answers to our most commonly asked questions.

How much is the service? Our plans start at $69.99 per month.

Is there a deposit needed to get new service? Deposits are based on a credit check. Our credit check process is done over the phone and you'll have an answer within 1-2 minutes.

Good credit will usually require a $0 down payment.

Average credit may require a $50 - $75 upfront payment.

Bad credit may require a $100 - $200 down payment.

Extremely bad credit may require a deposit and equipment purchase of $200 - $350.

What will you need to qualify? When calling to set up new service, our representatives will verify that you are in possession of a valid and active debit or credit card with at least $1 that can be verified while you're on the call.

Do we offer internet service? Dish network is primarily a TV service provider, but they do work with local cable providers who offer internet service. Ask your representative for internet prices in your area.
